Before it was a house, G-Fashion Empire was a decision: never choose between several talents, and hold every one of them to the same standard.

A decision, before a business

G-Fashion Empire opened in 2010 in Yaoundé, as a tailoring workshop alone. It was not a modest start while waiting for something bigger: it was the first trade of a person who had several, and who chose to hold them together rather than give any of them up along the way.

Hairdressing, then beauty treatments, did not arrive because clients asked for them. They arrived because the founder already knew how to do them, and she refused the idea that a client should have to go elsewhere to change what she came for. Three trades under one roof are not a business expansion: they are one person refusing to choose between her talents.

Before G-Fashion Empire, she learned and practised each of these trades on its own. That same refusal to choose is what led to the academy: passing on what she knows, rather than keeping it to herself.

Seven words, one house

Excellence

Never doing anything by half, even when no one would notice.

Transmission

What is learned here does not stay in one workshop.

Versatility

Having several talents does not mean choosing only one.

Elegance

In how she looks, and just as much in how she leads.

Independence

Training people who can, one day, do without us.

Kindness

Setting a high bar without ever crushing anyone under it.

Legacy

Building something that outlasts us.

Many talents. One standard: excellence.
