What has been done, what remains to be done, and how to report a difficulty.

Commitment
This site aims at level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2). This declaration is voluntary: no legal obligation applies to a company of this size. It exists to state what is actually in place.
What is in place
- Colour contrasts are calculated and checked by an automated test on every build of the site, including for secondary text, the one pairing at risk.
- All navigation works from the keyboard, in a logical order, with a skip link first and a visible focus indicator that is never removed.
- The system’s “reduced motion” setting is honoured with judgement: bands that loop endlessly stop and become readable strips, while entrance reveals, brief and played once, are softened rather than removed.
- Touch targets measure at least 44 pixels in height, including on a 320-pixel-wide screen.
- The heading structure is consistent, every page has a single top-level heading, and the navigation landmarks carry distinct labels.
- The language is declared on every page and follows that of the content.
- Scrolling bands are decorative and hidden from screen readers: the same services appear in plain text in the page listings.
- The site remains entirely readable without JavaScript, and without horizontal overflow from 320 to 1440 pixels.
Known limitations
We would rather state them than let anyone believe in full conformance.
- The photographic slots are still waiting for a real shoot: their alternative texts will only be final once the images are in place.
- No audit has been carried out by a third-party body, and the site has not been tested with people who use assistive technology.
- This declaration is neither a certification nor an RGAA or EN 301 549 audit.
Reporting a difficulty
If part of the site resists you, say so: call +237 675 75 27 25 (MTN) / +237 699 03 23 64 (Orange) or write on WhatsApp. Describe the page and the difficulty you ran into.
We look for an answer, and for an immediate workaround if the fix takes time. The information you were after can always be given to you in person.
