Before you come
Do I need an appointment?
It depends on the trade. Hair is walk-in: you come in and sit down. Tailoring and beauty treatments are by appointment, because they take time and we would rather give you all of it.
What is the fastest way to reach you?
WhatsApp. That is where we answer quickest, and you can send a photograph — a design you like, a piece to alter, the state of your hair. The telephone works too, during opening hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Orange Money and MTN Mobile Money. For made-to-measure pieces, half is paid when the order is placed and the balance on collection.
Do you speak English?
Yes. We receive you in English as well as in French, in the salon as on WhatsApp. This site exists in both languages for the same reason.
Can I come just to ask a price?
Of course, and it is the sensible thing to do. A quotation is better given in front of the piece or in front of your hair than by message. Coming in commits you to nothing.
Do you travel to clients?
Yes, to help a client into her dress on the day of a wedding or a large ceremony. Travel is charged, and we need at least two weeks’ notice before the event.
