What that means
The salon, in Yaoundé, looks after hands, feet and face. Classic manicures and pedicures, nail extensions, facials suited to your skin, hair removal. These look like short treatments, but they do not survive being rushed: that is why they are by appointment.
A facial begins by looking at the skin, not by applying a product. Oily, dry, sensitive, marked by the sun: the cleansing, the exfoliation and the mask are not the same. We tell you what we are using and why.
Metal instruments and towels are sterilised between every client. It is the question nobody dares ask, so we answer it in advance.
Booking means we can receive you in a quiet salon rather than a waiting room. Allow thirty minutes for a simple manicure, an hour and a half for a full set of extensions, an hour for a facial, and fifteen to thirty minutes for hair removal depending on the area.

Are the instruments sterilised?
Yes. Metal instruments and towels are sterilised between every client. You are welcome to ask to see; it does not bother us.
How much time should I allow?
Thirty minutes for a simple manicure, an hour and a half for a full set of extensions, an hour for a facial, and fifteen to thirty minutes for hair removal depending on the area.
My skin is sensitive, can I still come?
Yes, and tell us when you arrive. We adapt the products and patch test a small area first. If anything stings or burns, we stop: that is not normal and it is not part of the treatment.
Do nail extensions damage the natural nail?
What damages it is pulling them off and going straight into the next set without a break. We soak off with acetone, without forcing, and advise a rest after a few sets in a row.
Can I come without an appointment?
We will try to fit you in if there is a gap, but nothing is guaranteed. A WhatsApp message in the morning is often enough to find a slot the same day.
