The tailoring programme starts from the craft itself and never leaves it. You measure a real person, draft a pattern, cut, assemble, fit, take it back in. The first weeks go on the machine and on finishing, because a piece is judged by its seams before it is judged by its cut.

Students work the same materials as the workshop: occasion fabrics, wax prints, linings. From the sixth month they take part in real orders under supervision — an alteration, a lining, a hem — before carrying a whole piece.

The programme covers made-to-measure for women and men, traditional attire and alterations. It does not cover fashion design: it trains tailors who execute accurately, not collection designers.
